Was out on a walk by myself today, just thinking about how important it is to encourage people and genuinely help when someone needs it.

A guy stopped me and asked if I’d seen a blue iPhone on the ground somewhere - he had lost it.

I told him I hadn’t seen it, but I’d keep an eye out. I asked how I could reach him if I found it, so his friend gave me his number.

A little while later, I was walking up a hill I usually go to, and he came riding past me on his electric dirt bike. Right as I stepped to the side to let him pass, there on the ground beside me was the phone.

He was incredibly grateful, but honestly it just made me think about energy and intention more than anything else.

When you move through the world with genuine intent to help people - not expecting anything back - things seem to align naturally. Situations resolve easier.

There’s probably a lesson in that.

Encourage the people around you.
Help when you can.
Mean it.
