I still really don't understand where "intelligence is overpowered" comes from in Elden Ring.
Fully charged cometshard with godfrey's icon? 600 damage.
r1 poke from a magic rapier? 300.
Cometshard has the same reach as the rapier's jumping r1, but takes three times as long and costs mana. Jumping R1 into R1 is safer, faster, and cheaper than casting a spell. What is it that I'm not getting?
