People’s lives are more important than property rights. The right to life is inalienable, meaning it can’t be given up even with consent, while property rights can be.

Nothing I’ve said prevents needs-based redistribution of property. All property is produced on land. Land isn’t the fruits of anyone’s labor, but the liability for using it up is part of the fruits of everyone’s labor. Satisfaction of these liabilities accounts for distribution by need.
