Sometimes a little help at the right moment can make a much bigger difference than we realise.

I wanted to re-share Veronica's story, a single mom who recently lost her job and is doing everything she can to find work and get her family back on stable ground.

Right now, there's a very real problem in front of her, which is that her 8-year-old son needs his school fees paid, and she is trying to raise $1,800 to make sure he can continue his education without interruption.

She's not asking someone else to provide for her family indefinitely. She's trying to bridge a difficult gap while she gets back on her feet. That's something I think many of us can relate to.
