YKK is not the cheapest zipper out there. They're well made and are known to be in the better clothing and products.
It is one thing I look for when comparing products.
If it's not on the product there's a good chance that other corners were cut.
It's likely that another brand is in the same league but I don't know them. And I'd think someone on YouTube would be touting the discovery.
