It's 8.32am and I've already had enough internet for the day.
Fortunately, the fence I'm building for an elderly neighbour is calling: a reminder that whilst all the madness is happening above our heads, we have a duty to each other to help at a local level, and take satisfaction from simple, useful tasks.
Go dig a hole, if you're able. The serotonin gobblers in your brain will thank you for it.
