Addendum to this whole thing: I learned that Karol is telling people that there is evidence against me, but that sharing it would put people in danger, so he can't.
In effect, this means that the Freedesktop CoC team is actively choosing to judge people based on secret evidence, without giving them any opportunity for due process or defense.
For whatever it's worth, I have no idea what that evidence could possible be. It might be forged, or unreliable. I am deprived of any opportunity to defend myself against it.
Needless to say, this is not how any CoC team should conduct itself, and every member of and contributor to the Freedesktop ecosystem should be concerned. What happened to me could happen to anyone.
