According to the report, the following aircraft were damaged or destroyed:

* One Boeing E-3 Sentry AWACS aircraft. Initially reported as damaged at Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia following an Iranian ballistic missile strike, later imagery suggests it was a total loss.
* Two Lockheed MC-130J Commando II special operations aircraft. Both were intentionally destroyed on the ground in Iran during CSAR operations.
* One Sikorsky HH-60W Jolly Green II helicopter. It sustained damage from small-arms fire during rescue operations.
* Twenty-four General Atomics MQ-9 Reaper drones were lost throughout the campaign.
* One Northrop Grumman MQ-4C Triton crashed in an unspecified incident.
In total, 42 U.S. aircraft were damaged or destroyed during Operation Epic Fury, the majority of them MQ-9 Reaper unmanned aircraft.
