If Mastodon really cared about trust and safety, the would deal with the bigots on their own server that have been targeting Black folks for years with harassment because they know that instance is a safe haven for them.
It’s hard to believe this is serious effort when the flagship instance of Mastodon is neither safe nor trustworthy.
