He's really glad about it, but he's also annoyed because I do this a lot - he tries to get an appointment for something, and after he gives up I make a few phone calls and have him set up in the next day or two.
Not sure how I do it. I just start reading all the small print, ask some questions, and suddenly he's on the schedule.
