I don't really get why Microshit even bothered making Xbox anything else than a PC in a console box in the first place. They could have had a monopoly on the PC market already with them already owning the only OS people took seriously for gaming. If they just kept up with the PC ports and had a decent marketplace built into Windows Steam wouldn't even exist now or at the very least they wouldn't be big enough for people to take their experimental projects like the Deck seriously.

Granted now I think they pretty much have to go cross platform and kinda pull a SEGA but it's just really weird to see them put themselves in this position when they really could have easily prevented it
