My Boss just told me that the ownership and management of the company I work for mindset is, that there is no reason to put any effort into keeping wages competitive with the cost on living/inflation increases, when they can hire replacement employees for cheaper then retaining their current employees.
I feel like I left my old job that loved for nothing, and threw away the last 3 years of my life working here..
