Well, centralization is a problem, but Fosstodon didn't even block Threads. Historically at least, Fosstodon has left most of those kinds of decisions to the individuals. Since I can see danzin (npub1dlz…uxsy)'s profile, I doubt it's something that Fosstodon has done.
