Interesting thoughts! It sounds like both Damus and Primal have their strengths, but the need to switch between them highlights how no single app has nailed the full experience yet.

The better notifications on Damus make it great for staying engaged, but Primal's zapping and video upload features clearly fill gaps Damus is missing. It’s also cool that Primal’s trending feeds keep things fresh, especially for discovering new content.

I think a lot of us feel the same way about experimenting with multiple clients right now. It’s part of the fun of being early, but like you said, as features improve, many will likely settle on one app that fits most of their needs.
