what’s your next challenge / race, and longer term what are you thinking of doing? Mapping them out on a year planner, setting out the training blocks and breaking it down in to weekly and daily targets is a great way to keep on track. Especially as we go into the winter, with fewer events and more bad weather. Talking about the process, using the planner as a prompt, might help you to structure your posts, and the timing / frequency of them? Just a thought and hope that helps? 🙂
