I don't know if this is a reaction to the flu shot i got yesterday or if i pulled something, but I never realized how heavy my my head and neck are until today. my shoulders keep cramping and seem to struggling to hold the weight of my head. where the funk did that comes from? This is an unpleasant feeling.
