I bought something on eBay and it was fulfilled through HomeDepot.com, which is a violation of eBay's policies. The difference between Home Depot's price and the price I was charged is not big enough for the seller to have made a profit on the sale.
I'm pretty sure the seller is money-laundering stolen Home Depot gift cards.
I needed a new toilet supply hose. I wanted one with metal fittings on both ends (https://federate.social/@jik/110984580621613035). I couldn't find it locally so I needed to order online. I found it on HomeDepot.com, but I don't shop there when I can avoid it because Fuck ICE, so I searched for that item at other merchants and found it on #eBay for slightly more than Home Depot. I ordered it there… and they placed an order on HomeDepot.com with my name and address as the recipient. 😠
