Mostly what I see is COVID-19 handouts in the Hispanic areas, which makes it look like a subsidy for people with diabetes.
"Free" healthcare. COVID-1 was an insurance scam from top to bottom.
I put in a minor carveout for people who have Mongolian heritage that splintered off 13k years ago:
