that's nonsense. There are written laws about federal hiring & firing practices. The president and rest of executive branch are sworn to abide by and enforce those laws. The president has no privilege to ignore them. His actions and executive orders are plainly illegal and a violation of his oath of office. He's a traitor to the US as is everyone who follows his orders instead of refusing them.
