I am not being unfair, NOBODY REVIEWS LUKE'S CHANGES.
Look at the Knots specific PRs that shipped in recent releases like Luke's own policy level changes:

#205 (wallet migration bugfix)

These were all merged by Luke with zero independent reviewer approvals on each of them and these aren't cosmetic changes they're policy modifications that affect transaction filtering and relay behavior.
In Core, changes like these would require multiple independent reviewers before they could ship.
