In response to unprecedented urban starvation since WWII, declared today by the IPC as a ‘worst-case scenario of famine unfolding in Gaza’ -- so minutely engineered, controlled, and preventable, the EC is proposing only a partial suspension of Israel’s participation in Horizon Europe, limited to the EIC Accelerator [i.e. only projects with “potential dual-use applications, such as in cybersecurity, drones, and AI”].
