I can’t tell if your question is for me or not, but if it is:
If you’ve had a Roth IRA for 5 years or more, you can liquidate all of the contributions that you’ve made without creating a taxable event. You don’t get to withdraw any earnings that the Roth has made, only the money that you’ve put in. You had to have had the Roth for a minimum of 5 years. Otherwise, you can’t do it.

I just emailed the financial advisor who I opened the Roth with and told him I wanted to liquidate all of the contributions. He sent me some docusign paperwork and within a few weeks it was wired into my bank account.
