There’s a word called chokkshay. It’s hard to translate exactly but it means the knowledge of enough 🙏. It’s the deep knowing that you have what you need and don’t need to chase more.
In English it’s close to contentment or knowing when to stop. In Spanish it’s like plenitud or satisfacción interior, the feeling of being complete inside.
It makes me think how often we miss that feeling by always wanting more instead of appreciating what we already have.
