I know nobody who pays with only one medium like e.g. a phone. Even hardcore cash-only-folks own a banking debit card just in case and many have a 50 bill in the mobile phone case - it is roughly 50 CHF to return home with public transport from any place in the country e.g. or for a meal in a cash only restaurant/bar.
