I do not see a good reason to get bitwage to pay you directly in bitcoin from an employer. Not only does this invite more government overreach into your life, but you are advertising to your employer that you are a bitcoiner.
Different story if you are getting paid directly in bitcoin peer to peer, without bitwage.
