I just discovered that by cycling 100+ km for the last 4 days to achieve my stretch goal of 28,000 km this year, I've crossed the year-over-year 28,000 km line today.
A year ago, I wouldn't have thought that it's possible for me to ride 76.8 km (47.8 miles) on average every day for a full year.
Riding is harder in Winter than in the other seasons, but I can endure it better now than 20 years ago. When getting older riding hard every day makes a big difference.
