the strait of hormuz is blocked because trump invaded iran. according to maritime law, under siege, the controlling country has the right to stop access to waterways directly linked to their security. i suggested almost 2 years ago now, under the same maritime law, turkey close the bosporus to trade because of threat to safety form the ongoing ukraine crisis - and ukraine would surrender. i have repeated it dozens of times. as it stands, russia has the most significant ability to end the conflict by simply withdrawing - also one of my first suggestions in march of 2022. boxes are all available.
