All humans certainly fit the traditional working definition of a species. Which is that if they can interbreed and produce sexually viable young they are of the same species, but they also fit the definition of sub-species of that species. Which is that even though they can interbreed they don't (usually because of geographic separation and because they don't interbreed they become physically different.
