There is a seedy, dark network of turkey up-trades and exchanges going on in San Francisco right now, swapping birds of various sizes around to compensate for Good Egg's inability to get the right size fowl to their customers. It's all happening on the sly in dimly lit alleys and garages, coolers of fresh turkeys being handed over, all communicated over secure channels like Signal and the dark web.
