this implied expectation to socialize otherwise you're "not a team player" and “not contributing to the mission” os bullshit

last year i had a very ableist employee review form sent to me that basically implied that the way a lot of autistic people work is a negative and makes you a bad employee

i reported the form to the appropriate people, but not sure anything ever happened
