librefox isn't much slower than firefox, tbh. just timed it and firefox took 14 seconds to start up
the actual browsing experience is marginally faster tha LF (if you don't account for the cookie-wiping feature of LF, which i did/do use)
my general consensus is that all browsers are the devil and i hate them all and i'm trying to find a balance between least shit and least evil until ladybird/servo/whatever come out and we can see how those are
