Job application forms are systematic ableism. My learning-disabled wife was filling one out for a job at a fucking pet store, with the whole psychometric profile and everything, and she was in literal agony. I had to help her at several points and if she didn't have that support she just would have given up. This was something a "disability advocacy" group pointed her to BTW
