I think it needs to be a more specific definition: racial equal opportunity can never exist, as races naturally prefer their own kind. In America for instance blacks have taken advantage of affirmative action, introduced by whites out of compassion, to the point that when white people could use affirmative action themselves like right now the door is shut behind them. We should not hand over our country to people who don't share the same values, like selflessness.
