I must admit to enjoying the Reacher TV series. It's basically a re-skinned Littlest Hobo except rather than an Alsatian it's an enormous man who murders people at the slightest provocation.
I did try reading the books a while back but they're too long for the slightness of the formula. At 150 pages they'd have been perfect modern-day Parker or Continental Op style series but at 500 pages they really drag.
