Was going for a shortcut that did not work out… 😂 But I got to see some more beautiful nature. So it was a success!
Other than this small adventure it’s almost all asphalt here in Norway. It’s harder on the body, therefore I think the body calls for more very easy than if it would be all trails.
Tonight after work I’m going to do an easy long (maybe into moderate if I feel good) run with plenty of fuelling. Will be fun!
