leah & tigers & bears, oh my! on Nostr: it's bad enough that bad but powerful people get their own set of rules. but what ...
it's bad enough that bad but powerful people get their own set of rules.
but what really fucks over everyone else's trust is trying to make out that no, they are the same rules really, we've just found an interesting way to split the hair tickling the back of our throat - when it's quite transparently not that, when you're quite obviously squirming over your failure to do what, on your own terms, is the right thing.
frankly it feels worse than if you had come out and said "sorry, that guy's too big to ban on a marginal call". at least that would've been honest. (and why the fuck do you not have in your T&Cs "we have an absolute right to withdraw service from any user, for any reason, for what in our judgement (which is final) is the good of the community as a whole"?)
