What im talking about is what the plan is not what WILL happen. Because the EU and now parts of even greece and egyptian politic decisions seems to be biased towards what Israel and US wants, im predicting this plan to centralize the bulk of energy at Israel will work to great degree unless something drastic happens ( as an example what we saw in the Palestianian sacrifice plan and now Iran removing US bases by force)
