Pubky isnt fully centralised... it is a company-run protocol ecosystem built to reduce dependence on central platforms, but it still has coordination points. It functions better in social media sense than nostr.
I could debate the decentralized aspect of nostr till the end of time... for someone like me every relay operator seems as a CEO on its own vawe...
