If you are a relay operator you may be interested in checking out this new relay explorer app I'm writing. It uses NIP66 for monitoring, NIP01 regular notes, NIP22+7D topics, and NIP86 for relay management.
Much still to do, but I'm pushing releases daily to obtainium: source
