I think it has more to do with thinking long term. My husband and I don't have much btc, but we're all in on the philosophy and when we built our house, it was with the future in mind. It's solid and made with real materials (brick, straw, mud, lime, sand, wood). We could have done it faster with flimsy materials, but we are thinking long-term and we want it to last.
