If money and power are the only language that has impact on the US government than the rest of the world should use that language.
Isolate the US as they did with Russia. Reintroduce visa for Americans to travel around the world, shut down US bigtech and stop doing trade with the US, even if it hurts yourself.
If you're serious about #climatechange, action is needed. Diplomacy will not help.
