Self-care tip for lessening alienation and despair in the world:
I've been lucky enough to have decent work for about a year now. I was very poor before this so the one thing I decided I'll do when I am doing better is have a monthly #mutualAid budget.
As I understand the nature of the money commodity and how dire peoples situations are, sending a 10ā¬ or 20ā¬ to a comrade in need is the most worthy use of my wages that I can think of. Even when I think it just patches up systemic issues.
