its a collection of lectures, so not really an easy reading. Themes interleave, and sometimes the author stops abruptly. I had quite a few highlights from this book, but I lost all of them :(
Recommended if you love reading about Machiavelli, Leviathan, Hobbes and learn why gothic style picked up and so on.
