perhaps. I haven't run the numbers or anything.
I'm just thinking out loud potential steps that might be politically palatable while still making a teensy but of progress. I would *love* to see them actually see it for the essential infrastructure it is and make it nationalised and free at point of use, but we both know the current government doesn't like to do investment in the public good.
