Just finished, One Second After by William R. Forstchen. The author did mention that he had some influence from Alas, Babylon. Which I did read growing up and it did reminded me of that book. To me One Second After, is like Alas, Babylon 2.0. This is a really good book and I do highly recommend for you guys to give it a read/listen. I will have this one in my collections.
