Being totally in a moment and being aware that you are totally in a moment are two different things. I am not sure if the two can co-exist. The former means I am in waking sleep and the latter means I am awake. How can I bring being awake to my focused moments? Or do I accept that having the spaciousness of being awake precludes being focused?
