In fact, if you compare the Macintosh ii logic board to the Macintosh IIx (which replaced the 68020 with a 68030), you'll see that the routing between the two is pretty much identical.
The only real difference is that the 68020 and 68851 have been replaced by a 68030 and a single PAL.
