A final thought for my #OpenSource #FreeSoftware friends.
The project I work on, Inkscape, outposts almost exclusively. The project has it's own chat server and forum where you can talk "with the project", but outside? Not so much
But even with that, we're talking about closing our twitter account. It's go so bad that even abusing an account for outposting is becoming problematic. Though no decisions have been made.
Your #foss project makes choices about it's authentic self too
