An attacker could create a false identity, lay low for awhile, post good content, accumulate follows, and then begin setting up spam accounts of which they all follow, blending in with the tens of thousands of fake bot follows they circularly add to each spam bot. As a result, your social graph breaks down and WoT defeated by a patient adversary.
