We needed to get a urine sample from Benny Bunny to take to the Vet and check if his habit of glaring at us and then peeing in random places is due to a UTI and not just his way of letting his very ignorant humans know of his displeasure about something….
Benny is a suspicious sort at the best of times so normal strategies of giving him a clean litter box with nothing in it except something to keep from getting his feet soaked didn’t work. Our rabbit rescue friend suggested giving him 60 MLs of water and then sitting him in a clean carrier with an upside down pee pad liner (so that the waterproof side is up. Thirty minutes later and we had what we needed!
Off to the Vet…
